I am a mother of five children. My children were all neurodivergent with many challenges. They are now grown adults and we are still working through the challenges that come with adults on the Spectrum. Over 20 years ago I went back to school because there were professionals that were invaluable in the way they helped us get through some difficult times and I wanted to give back to others who might be having similar challenges.

- 12 years experience counseling for depression, bi-polar, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, family conflict, substance abuse and personal wellness.
- Have lived in Mexico City for 5 years and Ghana Africa for 4 years.
